tried now two times the rebuild of Arbitrage BD with the result of a 2.34GB large .iso file together with a 5kb .mds file, both named arbitrage
I burned the iso (on a 4,7 dvd) just to see what happens. well, nothing happened. Player ignores the disc, no wonder after all.

Did you try letting BD-RB rebuild to a BD structure instead of an iso?

Perhaps the wrong playlist was selected. The video and audio were untouched.

to both of these suggstions, I am not sure how to do that....

how do I let bd-rb rebuild to abd structure insterad of let it generate an iso file? or the other way asked, doesn't bd-rb generate a bd structure as it generates an iso file???

To gonca: I fear I have no idea how to select a playlist. I only do full backups to 25GB sizes.

Try re ripping the movie and redoing it. Your INF file indicates that re-encoding is needed. There might be something weird going on with the original rip

What software and procedures are you using to "rip" your original, commercial Blu-ray?

In BD-RB go to the "Settings>Output options" screen and see what is selected there. If you select BD-25 then BD-RB should create a BD file structure sized to fit on a 25GB disc. I'm guessing that you may have it set to "Write to ISO file" instead?

Next, what is selected on the "Mode" menu screen? If it is set to "Full backup" then the main feature, menus, extras, etc., will be included in the rebuild. If you select "Movie-only backup" then you can also access the "Other Movie-only playlist" screen to see which of the available playlists will be included in the final result.

I do my rips with anydvd from http://www.slysoft.com/de/download.html (slysoft.com), latest version.

in the output options both "Target Size=BD 25" and "Write to iso file (with uimageburn) are tagged.

The mode is always "full backup"

Gonca, that I will try too.

Right. So what happens when you de-select the "Write to ISO" option?
