BD Rebuilder Newest Beta Setup BD25

I used BD Rebuilder a very long time ago. Looks like its to long ago.

Lots changed and i would like to convert some BD50 to 25GB but i am not sure anymore how to setup everything correctly since there are also a few new settings to choose or not.

Well, i am stuck and need some help.

Attached is a Screen with Settings i use at the moment
Please correct what is wrong or what i need to add to get a hight quality BD25 output.
