I want ask what setting in SETUP have an effect on quality conversion videos and if Shall I all setting in picture right for what best quality eventually that the setting change for fruition better qualities?

I moved this here because it isn't a bug report. Quality is, for the most part, affected by the "Quality" menu selection rather than SETUP. But you may get a slight improvement at a given bitrate by selecting "Use Open GOPs for encoding". There are some players, however, that my have an issue with open GOPS... the fault woudl be in the player, however, as the open GOPs are completely compatible with the BD standard.
