Please upload your file to a different hoster. Nobody is going to download your file if the hosting service insists that you create an account first...

For me on clicking link, it immediately brought up FreeDownloadManager AND FireFox SaveToFile dialog boxes, NO account creation dialog.
(I did not download though).

EDIT: Perhaps uploader has a paid account there.
