Help applying Directshow filter to windows running application.

Found out about GraphStudio Next and came up with a Dolby Pro Logic 2 decoder using FFDShow audio processor. It works but only using the mic-in capture source.

How can we get the audio from a running program, project64.exe, and apply the directshow filter to it?

If anyone else was curious there was a solution found. Had to install another sound card device, and use one card to hook up 5.1 and the other to send stereo out and use a cable to go back into the line in. Now open up SoundStudio Next and rout your line in to your 5.1. This is the only way found to get DPL2 sound in emulators without a receiver.
