I have use the BD Demuxer Pro 3D to demux the Avatar 3D. After that I import 2 files: base view and dependent view and the Scenarist says: "Error : ERROR: Invalid vui_mvc_low_delay_hrd_flag value = .". I have do many discs before but I don't know why in that bluray I have that problem. It's straight with me. Anyone know how to fix that problems?
Thank you.

any solution to this problem, by now?
another Panasonic blu-ray disc, the "panasonic 3D demo" also has this problem
"vui_mvc_low_delay_hrd_flag" appears to be just a bit which should be 0. Unfortunately we don't know where this bit is located ...

Obviously "vui_mvc_nal_hrd_parameters" and "vui_mvc_vcl_hrd_parameters" flags are not set in Subset Sequence Parameter Set, so there is no "vui_mvc_low_delay_hrd" entry in MVC stream.
You have to write new SSPS.
Demux source ssif or mux and demux elementary streams using tsMuxer, enable "always rebuild SEI and VUI data" and "continually insert SPS/PPS" for (important) both streams.
Now Scenarist should import streams without complaining.

Thank you so much. But now I have another problem. How can I mux the whole disc at the start time: 11.650 instead of 10:00.000?

I just did that. and indeed the complaint is gone.
Another problem came up. This time I think I have to (partially) abandon Scenarist?
The ssif clips in "Panasonic Blu-ray 3D demo" all have very high birates, and cannot be muxed in Scenarist. Buffer underflow error. I assume this disc, created in the early days, ignored many specs.
I intend to create a few "blank" low birate 3D clips, use them in Scenarist to create a BD 3D. Then use tsumxer3D on the real Panasonic 3D clips. And then replace the mpls/clpi/ssif in the BD 3D.
...will it work?...

are you trying to split 3D clips in Scenarist?

Nop! Cause I don't know why when I remuxed with Scenarist, all of the clips will have the In Time: 10:00.000. Instead of the original, the In Time: 11.650. So that I want to know how did the manufacture can do that!

Which program can solve this problem?

Why is this a problem?
tsMuxer allow for customized start mux time.

I don't think tsmuxer is a good program. Cause when I remuxing with tsmuxer and play it on iMAX NX-3000, iMAX i18D, Dune Base 3D, etc... It freezes and glitch at some place. Moreover, using tsmuxer, I can't keep the IGS menu. So that I don't want to use the tsmuxer anymore.
And another question is how to read and edit the .mpls structure?

Why do you want different start mux time?
Does not make sense to me. It is only an internal offset time.
It will never be shown on players display.
Edit mpls would not help, PTS and DTS in m2ts are based on this time.

Have you tried replacing the asset (in data editor) with virtual asset & then repointing the actual asset to the file timecode?

minhjirachi, in tsMuxeR:
--start-time
Timestamp of the first video frame. May be defined as 45Khz clock ticks (just a integer number) or as time in format hh:mm:ss.zzz.
An usual value for --start-time in a Blu-ray mux is 00:00:11.65066666 or 524280 (dec) or 00 07 FF F8 (hex).
