I have a problem when encode the video with the Scenarist.

When I demux the 3D Bluray then I re-add them to the Scenarist to encode. When I mux it, about 67%, it says: "Allocation Fail". I don't know how to fix that bug.

I demux the 3D bluray again and try to re-encode it to the 3D BD25. But when I mux it (about 89%) and the Scenarist says: "Video Buffer Underflow".

So how to fix these 2 bugs?

Thank you,
(Sorry for my bad English)

What said the support at Rovi?

What makes you think he has access to 'support at Rovi'?

You do realize that they no longer sell or support this software, correct? Most (if not all) of the support personnel are no longer there... And, when they did, you had to pay for it...

And, if you had ever actually spoken to Sonic support, you would know that they don't support ripping discs and re-using the assets... Their response would be to re-encode the video from the source using CineVision/TotalCode as they can't guarantee/support assets ripped from existing discs. That's not a work-flow the software was designed for...
