SolveigMM WTV DirectShow Demuxer + Muxer

We are developing WTV DirectShow Demuxer and Muxer filters.
Filters are based and use LGPL ffmpeg project.

Features:

- Demux and Mux video and audio streams from/to WTV container
- Display WTV files metadata in Demuxer's prop page
- Copy metadata from the original file when remux (optional checkbox in Muxer's prop page)

Registering the WTV filters "magically" makes the other SolveigMM filters (ASF muxer, Matroska Muxer + Splitter) *disappear* from the Registry :confused:

Also, it would be nice to have a comprehensive list of what the WTV container supports and of what it does not support. I've read elsewhere about WTV files containing H.264 video plus AAC audio, however your WTV muxer refused to connect to the output pins of LAV Splitter :confused: :confused: :confused:

(the source file was an MP4 by the way)
