MPC-HC with LAV Configuration

Can someone advise me as to which internal source filters should remain checked in MPC-HC because they are not covered by LAV?

I'm pretty sure RAR files are not supported by LAV so I'm guessing I should leave the internal filter enabled in that case. Are there any others? DVD2AVI maybe?

I'm using latest revisions for both - MPC-HC 1.6.8.7313 and LAV 0.57.

Everything should be unchecked except RAR. That's the easiest way to get LAV to take over everything.
