i've just followed the excellent guide for "creating a dvd that contains just the main movie" but got lost at the 5th stage - final sector correction . the guide states "To make the disc work on your standalone you must load every .ifo file from the movie into IfoEdit again and press Get VTS sectors, then save the file again."
does this mean to load every .ifo file from the movie before i've stripped the parts that i want , and does it include the VIDEO_TS.IFO .once i've got the vts sectors from all the .ifo files i have to "save the file again." , but as what and where ?
sorry if i'm missing something silly here.

many thanks for any help

if you're using ifoedit87:

load the video_ts.ifo file
get vts sectors
ok
ok
ok
ok
Quit

the new version will automatically open up ALL ifo's in that directory and make sector corrections and save them automatically.
