I use DVD Rebuilder Pro 1.28.2 and CCE 2.7 (not the One click mode) and want to make a DVD5 of a DVD9. Everything works fine but the final size is only 4,31GB and i want it to be 4,33GB and edit min and max bitrate, so i found that one can edit the .ini file (hidden options) by using: CCETargetSectors=2260000, min_bitrate= and max_bitrate=
This didn't work at all, why?
Just tryed to run DVD-rb as Admin then it worked fine!

If you want to fiddle with the settings be aware that it 'may' end up bigger than a DVD5. There is an 'overhead' built into DVD-RB, the output is not exactly the same for every disc you encode, hence the overhead erring on the cautious side so that images bigger than DVD5 should be very rare
But, if you start tweaking the settings to squeeze a bit more out of your encode, then it might be fine for one encode, but could 'possibly' fail for the next encode

Do you really think .02GB is going to make a difference? Also, if I were you I'd not change the min_bitrate or max_bitrate, that's asking for trouble.
It sounds like the app doesn't have rights to access its own INI in the folder. You might want to consider installing DVD-RB in a location other than "Program Files".
