Audio out of Sync for BD50

After ripping BD50 using megui, when i mux mkv video file using mkv muxer, the audio of the muxed file comes out of sync. How can i fix or any settings need to made before or after ripping/muxing?

Try using MakeMKV (ONLY - No DVDFab, no ANYDVD, etc.) to both rip your original Blu-ray disc and convert it to MKV at the same time...

I have download loaded BD, how to use makemkv with that?

Edit.. I am quite good ripping with megui, do i consider that megui not good for ripping Blurays?
