Can anyone recommend an AVCHD muxing application?

As we all know, there are various Blu-ray disc compliant file muxing applications and a few that purport to be able to create AVCHD compliant files!

However, I'm yet to find an application that can actually generate AVCHD compliant muxes in accordance with the following AVCHD file structure: -

Does anybody now of such an muxing application?

Sadly, VSO's AVCHD Editor does not allow you to drag and drop .MTS (or .M2TS) files directly into its GUI. It requires an accompanying .CLP (or .clpi) file. And when it's finished generating the mux, the mandatory PRIVATE folder is missing :(

Sufficed to say, the finished muxes will not play on Panasonic AVCHD compatible equipment :(

Plus it adds an annoying 'VSO Promo' video file with every creation...

Finding a viable AVCHD muxing application is proving quite difficult...

I believe multiAVCHD should meet your needs - including special settings (if needed) specifically for Panasonic standalone players...

I worked with deank in the early days of his application. Unfortunately, multiAVCHD ended up becoming way too big and complicated to use (offering menu creation, re-encoding, etc) than being able to offer 'basic' AVCHD muxing, using captures from an AVCHD camcorder...

And it was still a bit 'hit and miss' at generating fully compliant AVCHD muxes :(

Doesn't tsmuxer work, iirc. it only added one or two unneeded folders which could easily be deleted,...

You might want to try BD-Rebuilder - using its "Setup" setting for "Strict AVCHD"...
