Is it possible to encode parts or a movie ?

I was wondering if it is possible to encode a movie in two or three parts using the chapters to define the starting and ending points of each cd. For example cd 1 would contain chapters 1 to 12, cd 2 chapters 13 to end with a slight overrun on cd 1 not to miss anything (or say 0 to 40:30 mins on one cd, 40 mins to 93 mins on 2nd cd). could this be done by editing the avisynth script or would it need to be done manually and out of the scope of the program. I know that the internal sizing routines of DVD2SVCD as they stand wouldn't work as the two parts would need to be encoded at different bitrates in order to fit them onto seperate cds. All this is just a thought, at the moment I just reduce the CD image sizes and multiplex the images myself in suitable places. Also on the last two builds of DVD2SVCD - bbMPEG has been making the 2nd image 5 - 15 MB over what the 1st image, eg if it's to make two 795MB images it makes on of 794MB and the second would be greater than 805MB and hence would not fit onto an 800MB cd even after remultiplexing.
An observation - if you delete the path to CCE in build 3 and 4, close the program and restart, you get the matrices tab back.

While possible to cut the movie at chapter points and encoding it as one disc and doing each section that way, I see no way to make the files overlap. At least not without major potential problems.
