Which postprocessing filter should i use for anime?

I think before you worry about post-processing filters, you should determine which specific "defects" your source has, if any. Then you might worry about the right filters to "fix" those.
Rule of thumb: The less filters you can get away with the better ;)

I can see some combed frames even after applying IVTC+Vinverse.

Do better IVTC? Sorry but still not enough information. We will need a sample and what you have tried (avisynth script, etc.). :)
