Any Editing Programs That Can Import and Export VC-1?

Are there any decent editing programs that can import, and optionally export, VC-1? There's a plethora that can handle it H.264/MPEG-4/AVC, but these usually choke on VC-1 in my experience. I've gone to the websites of most of the editing software makers, and none specifically mention VC-1.
