Hello y'all.
I was using MeGUI to convert my Camera recordings (mjpeg MOVs) to mp4 but after some updates One-Click mode doesn't deal with it anymore.
It used to make 4 jobs in the queue: indexing, audio encode, video encode, and muxing. But now it makes: "mkvmerge mux", "mkvextract ext", "indexing", and "oneclick" job. And the first one doesn't even finish and reports error.
I don't know what changed, and how to get it back working.
It's still working fine in the manual process, but it takes too much time for me with several files i got to convert.
Appreciate any help.

The timecodes for such frames will be out-of-order, and the 'CTTS' atom is needed for getting the timecodes right. As it is missing the timecodes for this track might be wrong. What happens when you use the created MKV file as input instead of the MOV?

Don't have any to check. I use mp4.
But why does it use mkvmerge for mov files?

Don't have any to check. I use mp4. Please use the created MKV from MeGUI:
D:\2012-11\ie20n33w.45y\MVI_2909.mkv
But why does it use mkvmerge for mov files? This way various files (mp4, avi, ...) can be demuxed resulting in stream copy or better video/audio encoding support. In your case MKVMerge seems to be able to handle this file but as a warning is shown MeGUI cannot proceed.

Ok then: it works fine with that file, but an encoded mp4 is corrupted - audio is chopped and unsynced..
How can I force it to do the process old way, without mkvmerge?

Currently? Revert to an older MeGUI build.
I will add an option to disable intermediate MKV files in one of the next releases. As it is useful in general intermediate MKV files will be enabled by default.

Please try this build:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/jal572ld033y3vh/MeGUI.zip
You can disable the intermediate MKV files in the OneClick profile settings (other tab).
Please report back.
