how can i edit menu bluray

Yes i had read some threads but plz focus on my private case. I have a bluray was author and share on internet and it has some audio && subs the question is how can i remove a audio/sub and update this to menu - i mean remove selection (image) in menu/pop-menu? plz help me,

@setarip_old: thank for reply, i dont know it is commercial or not but i found it on internet so i decided to download - am new to bluray, its name "V for Vendetta", can you help me? i removed some audios and subs but i cannot update them in menu/popup-menu cause they're still can be selected but nothing happens. sr for my english
