Video TS Editing

I am just wondering if there is any software for editing the TS videos seamlessly or losslessly because I need that to cut some of those junk or advertisements...Hope somebody could help.

It's not English for foreigners :) but do you mean Video TS (the directory name for DVD) of TS files that contain videos (files from Satellite or so)?

For the last option, there are several solutions, but their number decrease a lot if one needs also to keep more than one video and one audio (say Teletext subtitles).
