Automatic Shutdown [Archive]

The automatic shutdown feature causes my computer to lock when svcd creation has finished. This has only recently started happening. Does anyone else have this problem. Is it a problem with some of the newer versions of DVD2SVCD or a problem with the settings on my computer.

Are you by any chance using Windows 98SE? If so, there is a patch available for shutting down problems.
I've never had the problem with any version of DVD2SVCD.

I am using Windows ME.

I take it, from the lack of replys, that this is a problem that is unique to my system.

Any suggestions about possible solutions will be apreciated.

I use auto shutdown everyday m-f on two computers with XP and it works flawlessly. Why don't you download a free program called Sleepy which essential shuts down your computer and see if that has problems too.
