Hi everyone, Could you explian following question for me?
|S|I|PRID |VID |TID|A|V|O|
S means svc_extention_flag. MUST be equal to 0 in MVC context. In the context of Scalable Video Coding (SVC), the flag must be equal to 1.
Base on RTP of H.264/MVC, there are temproal id and view id, i.e., H.264/MVC codestream can be temporal scalability and view scalability.
Can H.264/MVC be quality or spatial scalability?
