ReClock does not work on Windows 8

I added MPC.exe manually even to start Automatically but I never see the ReClock icon in the taskbar.... I am the administrator but still...

this is very frustrating... I need reclock just to have that nice audio gain it enables you to have :stupid:

anyone got it to work? There hasn't been an update to ReClock in ages anyway, is its developer dead?

This worked for me in the past but on this brand new install, Reclock is not an option.

I'm 64bit MPC. WIn8.1 64.

I can see it's a direct show filter that is enabled using Klite codec tweak tool

Any Ideas?

Yes there's no 64bit Reclock besides MPDN's version.
