free program that captures to .m2ts?

Hi, anyone know of a free program that captures to .m2ts file?

Vlc can do .ts (h264 + aac) from any capture card

ffmpeg can do similar as vlc.

some older real time MPEG1/MPEG2 software will produce program stream (and conversion to m2ts should be straightforward)

generally everything that produce MPEG-2 support more or less program or transport stream at the output
