DTS HD-MA to DTS, DTS to DTS

Hello, I am a subject in which I expect help and suggestions. DTSHD-MA sound DTS 1536 Kbps and 768 Kbps i would like to encode. But to do this eac3to and surcode dts programs i don't want to do. Are there any other can it be that such a vehicle? For Audio encoding multi translation program?

If all you require is the DTS 'core', you can extract it using an application such as TSmuxerGUI...

If you don't want extract the standard DTS from DTS-HD or encode with Surcode maybe you want use DTS-HD Master Audio Suite (http://www.dts.com/professionals/audio-software/dts-hd-master-audio-suite/overview.aspx) ( $1,495) or a free encoder like dcaenc (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=163526)
