All components of my MeGUI are updated to the latest versions but I seem to have a problem with the HD Streams Extractor.

I have an .mkv that I muxed several months ago with MeGUI with the following tracks:

1. h264 video track
2. 5.1 aac audio track
3. sub/idx subtitle track (forced/default)
4. sup subtitle track (english)

I now need to remux the mkv with a new video track but the same audio and subtitle tracks. For some reason, MeGUI stops with an error whenever I try to extract track 3. Also if I extract track 4, the resulting .sup file doesn't seem to work, and gives an "index 0 out of bounds" error when loaded into BDSUP2SUB (also latest version).

What's even more puzzling is that both subtitle tracks work fine in the original .mkv.

Does anyone know why this is happening, and how I can extract track 3 and 4 correctly?

Use the original tracks that you muxed, instead of trying to extract them again from the MKV.

Wish I could, but I don't have them anymore. Is there really no other solution? If not, why is this occurring? This is the second time I've run into this problem with two different mkv's...

It's worth noting that I've also tried to extract the aforementioned tracks using mkvcleaver and it's the same deal.
