The quality is exactly the same on any CPU, assuming its fast enough to do what you need.

You'll have to be more specific.
If you are referring to playback of audio/video - A slow CPU and/or memory interface can for example make the playback stutter (which could be qualified as low quality). Is that what you are talking about?

ch probably means cores
and ECC memories are those having an extra correction bit - they improve the reliability of data, but nothing more

These Opterons do have a quad memory controller...

I work with a special player that converts an image to 75FPS and "FRAME SCALE"
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1613919#post1613919

Today I have FX -8320 4.9GH
"FRAME SCALE" i can do with 720P BUT NOT 1080p (Knocks processor )
Maybe because I can work with North Bridge to 2600MHZ and I need more? Opteron 6386 SE i reached ?
or Maybe because I can work with "HT " to 2600MHZ and I need more ? WITH Opteron 6386 SE i reached ?
or Maybe because I can work with 2 ch Memories?
or Maybe because video card 7850 Weak to play

The software also fills all the bandwidth in HDMI
You can not play both sound on HDMI AND FILM
The sound is played through the SPDIF

This picture looks WOW
