I wanted to know what the good settings of the BD-rBuilder setup to preserve good video and audio quality of the original bluray.

Simply use the DEFAULT settings for wonderful results...

As you become more familiar with BD-RB, you may determine that you have some preferences that vary from the DEFAULT settings. At that time, feel free to experiment ;>}
