I am authoring a Blu-Ray project for replication. The replicator requires a BDCMF or Sony CMF image. I have Adobe Encore CS6, which does not provide CMF output. From searching the Internet, I've found:

1. Rivergate Software BluStreak Tracer + Export BDCMF ($599) - Takes Encore (or other Blu-Ray authoring software) output and creates BDCMF
2. NetBlender DoStudio ($2,995)
3. Sony BluPrint
4. Sonic Scenarist

BluPrint and Scenarist are definitely out of my price range. I expect to have more Blu-Ray projects, but not so many to justify that sort of investment.

My questions are:

1. Are there any other options for creating BDCMF?
2. Does anyone have experience with BluStreak Tracer and/or DoStudio?

Thanks in advance.

I'd call Larry at Rivergate. Nice guy and he will guide you through the process. Don't go blind without talking to him though.

Encore isn't really meant for professional BD production...if you plan on doing more I'd consider Do Studio in the future
