Paranormal Activity 4

Hi. I am trying to backup Paranormal Acitivity 4 using dvdfab 9.0.2.4. My os is windows 7. The problem i'm having is that the dvd won't even open up in dvdfab. It just continues to try opening up. I have tried dvdfab 8. as well. I have disabled pathplayer, enabled pathplayer, and enabled it when necessary. Still the disk won't open. I have tried to open just the main movie as well as the full disk. I checked the disk and there are no flaws or dirt. Can anyone help?

Simple things first - will it play in your pc? If not, you have a bad/flakey disc or a marginal drive or both. If it will, do as Setarip_old suggested.
