Cutting mkv, vmw etc streams without recompression

Is it possible to cut mkv, vmw etc streams in VDub without recompression?
If not which similar software is able to do this? I`ve tried Avidemux about a year ago and there were video/audio sync issues.

SolveigMM Video Splitter, it's not free but it is what you're looking for, has no sync issues, has accurate frame cutting. Supports many video formats.
