I have FullHD video in m2ts files. How I can change some parametrs-flags without full reencoding? I want change: flag Interlaced, FPS, output frame size. Exist any program that can change this flags?

Here ya go (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=152419). I don't think it can change the interlaced flag though.
