I have an awful source to deal with currently and i'd like to read your inputs on how to deinterlace this "thing" http://www.sendspace.com/file/9d0058

This source highly likely comes from an mpeg2 source and probably was TFF, what remains of it is another story...

What bother me the most are the blends, i have the denoising covered ..almost (if you have suggestions i take aswell)

You say low res, or did you mean "no res"?
The FLV does not appear to be interlaced. I get that it was originally 9.6 fps TFF (? ?), then someone ran it as BFF and added some dupe frames or weird pulldown, or whatever. It's a mess.

Couldn't come up with any firm parameters offhand, but just out of curiosity I used:

AssumeTFF().TFM().TDEcimate()
AssumeBFF().SRestore()

...which didn't leave a whole lot of video remaining. That's probably so incorrect it ain't funny (or maybe it's hilarious), but it was interesting.
