I recently tried the BS Player which is excellent. I especially like the ability to select audio and the variable pan etc. I have some questions though.
1. during mvoie playback the sound seems to drift in and out of sync sometimes, is there a setting to correct this?
2. Some files which open with wmp say "unknown file format". I thought once codecs are installed all player have access? Is there a way to open it with BS Player.
3. Can you easliy create a list for playback or select multiple movies eg movie(1of2).avi and movie(2of2).avi?

1. I don't know, do you have the same problem with WMP?
2. Which format are the files that can't be opened?
3. Just use the Playlist (from the right-click menu or press ALT+E)

My friend has this exact same problem on his pc - its really annoyed him enough to change players almost :( - i cannot recreate the synch probs on my system with either his movies or mine, i'd love to know a if there's a a fix for this.

I've had the exact same problem but it only happens to me when i use the external audio file option and try to use bsplayer to change my screen res while the movie is playing. My subtitles also go all funky when i resize.
What kind of audio file are you using? I alway get the most grief from VBR MP3s.

Using DeDynamic will also cause BSplayer to go out of sync. I can say this without hesitation.
It might be my imagination but I'm also thinking it has something to do with using DS instead of Wave Out. I need to verify this but if I use Wave Out I've yet to see sync issues.

zigzag, your post is a little off topic. Create a new thread and you can start troubleshooting by using different overlay modes.
