Remove Color Cast

Hi guys, I want know if exist any tool in avisynth for removing color cast. I know that tools like Premiere can do it (Example (http://library.creativecow.net/articles/devis_andrew/Color-Correction-2_Premiere-Pro/video-tutorial))

My question: Can emulate the process of removing color cast using only white areas?
