Convert NTSC back to PAL (not your standard conversion)

If anyone has any suggestions about converting this source back to PAL, or if it's best left at 29.97 fps, please let me know! It is definitely problematic and not a standard conversion back to PAL if it's possible. Spoke to someone with a LOT of experience converting to and from NTSC/PAL and suggested I post here.

Unfortunately I can't help you but I can perhaps give you an advise : why the heck would you like to do such a conversion ? Let it as it is.

By all means, I would NOT let it like it is.

In fact, the file shows a standard fieldblended PAL->NTSC conversion from a normconverter-box. And as such, all motion looks ugly.

Load source, (assume TFF), bob, call Srestore. Mischief managed.
