I typically watch ripped media downloaded from torrents on my computer monitor (1920x1080 60hz). Is Reclock useful for this or is it only for PAL content? Does it only look at the FPS of the files?

I am using MPC-HC, Madvr, LAV filters, Win7 x64, and I have a Nvidia GTX 460.
