CRF Prediction and better vs high quality setting

moving my stuff to a media server so absolute precision of the output size is less of an issue,

did two tries with CRF , one at Better and the other at High Quality, in both case the CRF prediction were near identical 15.11 vs 15.09
1. If both arrive at a similar CRF, is there other difference between the Better vs high quality settings?
2. Is that the same CR that we set usually around 20 for mkv encodes in alternates output?

1. No. The additional "bells and whistles" of "High Quality" should give a better picture.
2. If you are talking about MKV output with BD-RB then yes, the CRF selection you would see is the same.
