Hi,
I tryed capture HD stream. But the file is coming with errors or something. Only Windows Media Player can play this file fine.
All others show this with errors. Same is when i encode that file (with megui).

Your encoded file does show the errors you talked about in VLC player. The original file shows no such errors.
Mediaplayer Classic is a directshow based video player. VLC player doesn't use directshow at all. It uses FFMPEG/Libavcodec. Did you encode your video using directshowsource or DSS2? If so, then whatever your directshow decoders/demuxers/filters are may be the issue.
You can download VLC Player here. http://www.videolan.org

Are you sure your capture is error-free?

Run it through MPEG2Repair v1.0.1.5 (http://www.videohelp.com/download/mpeg2repair.zip) and post the log file :)
If its extension is .mpg/.mpeg rather than .ts you should still be fine opening it.

Oh, if the source is H.264 have a look at Cypheros TS-Doctor... (or PM me).
