Copying DL DVD Question

I am one of very few people that is still using XP. I use DVD Decrypter, and ANYDVD when needed. Then I use PGCEdit to set the break point and skip the previews etc. At some point, I am going to have to upgrade to Windows 8. Can I still use the same programs to do what I am doing now, or are these too outdated to use with the modern dvd's and are they compatible with the newer OS? Thanks for your help in advance.

I'm sure most users here would recommend that you use IMGBurn (by the author of DVD Decrypter) to both set your break point and burn you media...

OK, but what about the control you have skipping the FBI warnings and jumping to a specific PGC when the disc is inserted in the player. Is PGCEdit compatible past XP? And if not, is there another program that can do what it does?

I'd be surprised if PGCEdit doesn't work on Windows 8.
