Which Version of Xvid Should I Use Now?

Hi, I have been using Xvid for 3 rips and its great! I have not experienced any green/pink blocks. However, with all of the recent changes to the codec. I am wondering what is the "best" version out there to use?

And where can I d/l it? I hear Nic's site is down?
