What to do?
Using Smartrip and I get to VTS_02_1-Locked.
Tried playing already and I've read that that is supposed to unlock ...

Hi,

I can't suggest something to help you with smartripper, my only suggestion is give vStrip or someething else a try.

I get same thing some times . It helps to run software DVD player (WinDVD or PowerDVD) pause it and then start SmartRipper (don't close player).
