Apple ProRes & TotalCode & CCE

Hi all,

Has anyone tried to import a ProRes 4444 (in my case PAL 16x9 ProRes 4444) .mov file in TotalCode? It shows it to me green!
While 422HQ worked great.

I also tried CCE SP3 and it too does not recognize 4444.

Both 4444 & 422HQ are playing perfect from QT, so I guess its not my PC's issue.

Has anyone came across this before?
And what was the solution to encode it?

OK, I think I need to convert it to something else prior encoding.

What should that be in order to have the minimum quality loss?
Is ProRes 422HQ with the option of 'color space from 4444 source' enabled from QT pro?

Do you have another suggestion?
