I have installed the 64 bits version to use it with Sony Vegas x64, and the 32 bits to use with all the regular apps.

Does it can create conflict having the two installed at the same time?
And, I have another problem. Does VLC media player override ffdshow decoders with his internal decoders, or not? This is important to me because I need to check the difference.
I know its a stupid question, sorry, im learning.

Yes, you can install 32-Bit and 64-Bit ffdshow side by side.

VLC Media Player has all its decoders and splitters "built in", it does not use the DirectShow framework. Consequently it does not use, need or interfere with any DirectShow filters (including ffdshow).

Thanks I will take note of it. I hope this can help other users with the same problem.
