So I found last time little problem with subtitle that are in MKV container.
While subtitles in MKV are synchronised corrently but after extract them (MKVToolnix) after each chapter there are added "1 frame time" to them. It only happen if once or more chapter are separated in files (for eg: opening, ending.).
(mkvextract do not include subs and time in attachment chapters/files)
So now Im wondering that issue is cause Player (calculation sutitles), MKV conained (also odd subtitle time calc) or Extractor (mkvtoolnix).
However, while there are any attahcment then always beetwen chapters is 1 frame difference beetwen chaptertimeend and chaptertimestar next chapter.
