there're obviously some artifacts on the edge,and I don't know how to decribe that :stupid:
is this called "halo"? or something?
How was this produced?
and how to fix this?

I've uploaded a sample,and here's one thing interesting,the clip is originally sd (upscaled,not by me),but looks like hd because of this artifacts, I don't know why

Is this produced by sharpening?
can I use a dehalo script to fix this problem?
