Hardware decode DTS-HD MA?

Is there any app anywhere that will decode a DTSMA file using the hardware decoder, and save the output to a wav?

You can use eac3to with ArcSoft DTS decoder to decode it to wave.

Which reminds me, MakeMKV can supposedly decode DTS-HD MA with Arcsoft decoders, even on Mac and Linux, do you know which file I'm supposed to use, because it's not working...
