LAV Filters and/or madVR (CUVID, DXVA2 or Yadif deinterlacing).

dvbviewer and prodvb they not support madvr.i tryed LAV too..the same.

While I do not use dvbviewer myself, numerous posts in the LAV Filters thread suggest that they can be used together.

LAV with dvbviewer yes, madvr with dvbviewer no

Did you try out LAV Video's CUVID deinterlacing, then?

"same result" as what? Is the quality not good enough? Does it not work?

Make sure you have updated your video drivers too.

If I'd tell you "I have bought this Mercedes, but the car is not good. Advice me a better car!"

... what would be the first question you ask me back?

(Perhaps something like "WHY or HOW is it not good?")

is a better car than mercedes?

The problem is that the Hardware deinterlacing offered by CUVID is currently regarded as one of the best real-time deinterlacing solutions for end consumers on the PC. So either you have extremely high demands or it is not working correctly.

The question is what is the actual problem with deinterlacing.

"It is not good" tells nothing.

ok i will give you an example, then i will take that tunner and make his way to window.example:when i watch football, resolution 1920x1088, 11-12 mbits per second.when the camera goes far.i can't see nothing.arcsoft gives me the best results.i don't have problems with 1080p i use it with mp hc madvr and lav.

Sounds like no deinterlacing is happening at all?

Back in the days when I used DVBviewer, I simply activated ffdshow as external codec, and used its deinterlacing options. And I definetly could see all things when in a soccer game the camera went far or panned fast.

tryed ffdshow..last chance is mainconcept but i find it,not working..never mind.i will abort this ideea.thanks for answers.

It seems to me the problem isn't about installing things and more things and evenmore things, hoping for some magic to happen.

It rather seems to me that deinterlacing is generally not working for you in DVBviewer or ProgDVB. If so, the reasons should be figured.

(But I won't be of much help I fear. ProgDVB I've never used at all, and it's been years since I last started DVBviewer - I simply can't remember any details about how the configuration is taken out.)
