I have a 23.976fps mkv when converted to Blu Ray m2ts using multiavchd have out of sync video and audio. According to the log file, after the file have been transcoded, the resulting x264 file is 25fps. It then convert it to 23.976fps m2ts. The resulting m2ts has longer duration than the original mkv. I have other 23.976 mkv videos and they converted fine. How can I fix this?
Also is there a way to set CPU priority level?

Use tsMuxeR to set "Change fps" to 25fps and then extract separate videostream and audiostream. Then load them into MultiAVCHD for processing as Blu-ray.
BTW - Do the original files playback in sync?

My solution is similar to yours. I just reencode the video to a new mkv file using MeGUI, then load it in multiavchd, it works. Resulting Blu Ray video and audio is in sync.
The original video plays in sync with its audio. It's a 10bit MKV anime video. When I load it in tsmuxer, it said couldn't detect detect frame rate. After changing fps to 25, the x.264 that came out is still 23.976 fps according to multiavchd.

I found out you can reduce the CPU threads to use which has the same effect as lowering priority level so you can use the computer while multiAVCHD is encoding.

I have a new Audio/Video out of sync problem. I converting several 23.81fps MKV. The compiled bluray video and audio is out of sync. Does anyone know why? I tried changing the fps to 23.976 using the transcoding feature in multiAVCHD but to no avail. My current solution is to reencode the videos to new MKV/MP4 using MeGUI and then use multiAVCHD to compiled into bluray.
