please help me what i use plugin avisynth and setting??

Are you sure they're 320x240? What player are you using? What does MediaInfo have to say about it? Post a View->Tree.

Sorry about that The full information is
I want full 320x240 and i am using Easy RealMedia Producer V1.94/1.73 i want ~35mb per episode and best Quality please help me what i do now??
I am using Klitecodec 4. and media player classic
