unable to load "DGDecodeNV.dll", ver 2044 (32-bit only)

Got error message:

DGIndexNV.exe works fine for indexing.

Tried to emptied the auto-load plugins' directory, didn't work.
Tried both avs 2.5.8 and 2.6, didn't work.

Tried x64 version of 2044 with x64 VD, worked fine.
Tried to switch back to 2043, both 32/64-bit worked fine. (but dgdecnv2043mp4 has same problem with 2044, so possible an issue with mp4v2 library? )

Not sure if it is the same problem here (http://neuron2.net/board/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=252).

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise with SP1
GPU: GT650M
Driver: 306.97 WHQL

The new build loads successfully, and works well with mp4 too.
